Welcome to AmericanDisaster.com. When I first heard the news of 9/11 I was sitting at work and couldnt believe what my friend was telling me over the phone as he was watching the news on tv.

I immediately opened several browser windows and kept an eye on all the news sites I could. I had other friends email me, calling me and messaging me on ICQ, so I decided to get a domain and instantly setup a site where I could get people communicating and sharing any info they had.

This site had tons of traffic and hundreds of people sending in stories, photos and donations. That money was all sent to the Red Cross.

Well, to make a long story short, the site got hacked and I had changed hosting companies and I lost most of what made this site so popular. Anyway, after a few years I have now decided to do something with this site and time permitting it will be here soon.
